Welcome to VTG Time (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing or using our website https://vtgtime.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. General Information
VTG Time is an independent online store operated by a private individual based in Spain.
We specialize in the sale of vintage and pre-owned watches, as well as collectible or non-functional timepieces.

2. Products and Descriptions
Each product is described as accurately as possible, including details about its condition, functionality, and appearance.
Since most items are vintage or second-hand, minor signs of wear, aging, or use may be present.
All photos and descriptions aim to represent the item truthfully, but slight variations in color or texture may occur.
Products listed as non-functional, for parts, or not working are sold as-is, without any functional guarantee.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed via PayPal or WooCommerce Payments.
We do not store or have access to your full payment information.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via a trusted courier service.
We will make every effort to dispatch your order to the courier as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days after purchase.
However, delivery times depend on the courier company, the destination country, and local logistics conditions.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Whenever possible, a tracking number will be provided so the buyer can monitor the shipment’s progress.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, courier handling, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Warranty & Returns
Functional Guarantee
At VTG Time, we strive to ensure that all watches are accurately described and in proper working condition unless otherwise stated.
Therefore, a voluntary 30-day functional guarantee applies to all watches sold, except those explicitly described as non-functional, for parts, not working, or similar.
This guarantee covers the basic operation of the watch movement under normal use conditions.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Exposure to water, humidity, or magnets
- Opening, modification, or attempted repair by the buyer or third parties
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, strap wear, or battery depletion)
- Watches listed as non-functional or for parts
If a covered issue arises within 30 days of delivery, contact info@vtgtime.com with order details and photos.
If approved, we will offer a refund or replacement, depending on stock availability.
Returns
As this is a private sale, the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) does not apply.
Returns are only accepted for valid cases under the functional guarantee described above.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as courier delays, loss due to customs processes, or damages caused after delivery.
Each watch is sold “as described,” and responsibility for proper handling after receipt lies with the buyer.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable EU consumer law.
8. Updates
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements.
The most recent version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
