Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via standard shipping services. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the courier company’s logistics.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping company, delivery time is beyond our direct control, and may vary due to customs procedures, local postal operations, or other external factors.

Tracking Information
Whenever possible, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination and package weight.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at info@vtgtime.com to request approval before sending the product back.
Returns will only be accepted for items that are in the same condition as received and have been approved by VTG Time.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns must be shipped to our address in Spain.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, whenever possible.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Lost Packages

VTG Time is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur after the order has been handed over to the courier service. However, if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@vtgtime.com so we can help you investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (vintage and collectible watches), exchanges are not available.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the return process described above.
